PAYMENT OPTIONS
OPTION 1 - Make payment in full by either cheque or bank transfer
OPTION 2 - Payment to be made by cheque or bank transfer - 50% upon booking and 50% 6 weeks prior to rental
OPTION 3 - Our Flexible Option
We all know that at times money can be a little tight. So we are prepared to take instalments for your holiday. We will require a deposit of £100 followed by agreed monthly payments. Email us for more information
DEPOSITS
We require a refundable deposit of £100 for any breakages
KEYS
Keys will be posted 2 weeks prior to your departure. The keys are your responsibility. If you damage, loose or have them stolen the cost of a replacement set will be deducted from your deposit. Upon return from your holiday you will need to post the keys back to us in the envelope provided and post recorded delivery. Once received and our cleaner has confirmed there are no breakages or damage to the property, the deposit will then be refunded within 7 days.
INFORMATION PACK
There is a folder in the apartment which includes fun, useful and important information, please leave it in the apartment for other guests who follow.
LAUNDRY AND CLEANING SERVICE
There is one linen change included per week, extra cleaning can be arranged on request.

The apartment will be available from 3pm on the first day of your booking, you must vacate the apartment by 10am on your day of departure.

Payment
Please note, that payment terms can be negotiated with the owner at the time of booking, see FLEXIBLE OPTIONS.
Cancellation
Any cancellations must be notified to us to us in writing (this includes email) by the person who contracted the holiday. If such notification is received more than 91 days before the holiday commencement date, only 25% of the holiday cost plus the deposit will be retained by us. Otherwise, the following charges apply, based on the expenses and charges suffered by us as a result of cancellation:
43 days - 90 days 50%
42 days or less (6 weeks) 100%
Responsibilities
The owner of the property cannot be held responsible for the actions of carriers, car hire companies, caterers, providers or organisers of courses or activities. Owners are not responsible for events outside their reasonable control or if there has been no fault by the owner, they will always endeavour to immediately rectify any cause for dissatisfaction during your stay
Health
Please note that we strongly recommend that all members of the holiday party obtain appropriate travel and personal insurance cover.
Liability
We cannot be held liable to accept responsibility for death, bodily injury or illness during your stay.
